• Monitor network performance and security using various tools and dashboards
• Identify, analyze, and resolve network issues promptly to maintain network stability and performance
• Escalate issues to next level if necessary
• Ensure that all network components are up-to-date and running optimally
• Operation and Maintenance of system, platform, and interconnects including performing daily checklists and troubleshooting. The network elements include apps server, signalling interfaces, data base server, storage array, Oracle, Sun, HP and other hardware
• Coordinating the issues internally and with outsourced partners, service providers (ISPs, ILD/NLD carriers) and onsite teams
• Implement workarounds to limit customer downtime. Subsequently follow-up and ensure implementation of permanent solution
• Maintain all the connectivity and account details from a support perspective to provide efficient support
• Participate or organize Technical Call Bridge to address technical diagnostics with in collaboration with customers and partners.
• Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), wireless networks and Data Center connectivity
• Install and configure network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Experience of monitoring, troubleshooting network devices including WLAN, LAN switching, Routers, SDWAN devices, Voice /Video, Cloud Operation
• Experience working with some of the following: Cisco/Juniper products, Network Management solutions, Meraki, ISE and Bluecat DDI
• Proven experience as a Network Analyst or similar role
